Recently, JHA organized the internship assessment of 22 fresh graduates in 2023.Yu Jingtian, deputy general manager of JHA,led the assessment and delivered a mobilization speech. Zhang Zhihu, director of the Quality and Safety Department, and managers of the relevant functional departments of the agency participated in the assessment as judges.

Based on previous experience, the assessment conducted a thorough inspection and evaluation of the graduates' internship experience across various dimensions, including logical thinking, communication skills, adaptability, and development potential. This was achieved through result presentations, on-site defenses, and comprehensive assessments, ensuring that the assessment results accurately reflected the graduates' actual abilities as much as possible. During the assessment, the on-site judges provided specific information on each graduate's studies, life, and work. Mr. Zhang Zhihu fully affirmed the report and internship results of all graduates, and encouraged everyone to set up life goals, do a good job of personal career planning, have the courage to accept challenges, go to the most difficult place to experience and grow, and strive to become a civil aviation construction country artisan with the characteristics of JHA as soon as possible. Mr. Yu Jingtian encouraged everyone to always maintain a modest and prudent learning attitude, work enthusiasm, and be brave enough to take on heavy burdens. He also emphasized the importance of being willing to contribute to the development of JHA, in order to achieve personal progress and growth.

The graduates who participated in the internship said that they truly experienced JHA's united and harmonious atmosphere, as well as its diligent and dedicated work ethic. Many industry elites and technical experts have set a benchmark for others to move forward. JHA's impressive accomplishments and promising future, both domestically and internationally, have bolstered their confidence and resolve to participate in civil aviation development. "In the severest winter days, we begin to see the fact that the pine and cypress is the last to wither." This is the feeling that many graduates have in their hearts. Zhang Haihua studied construction measurement in Bozhou project Department. Demanding work standards and environmental changes, from school to the construction site, once caused a significant psychological gap for him. However, the focus on work by his colleagues touched and inspired Zhang Haihua, igniting a dream of becoming a great craftsman within him. This experience also strengthened his belief in establishing himself at the forefront of projects. Wang Wei, an intern of Hongqiao Project Department, said: Due to my lack of experience, I made a mistake when making materials, and I felt very self-blame. However, the help and encouragement of my leaders and predecessors made me feel very warm and more confident about my future work.

Through this assessment, JHA has a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the comprehensive quality of graduates and internship results, and provides an important consideration basis for the subsequent selection and appointment of fresh graduates and post adjustment. In the later stage, JHA will also organize the induction training for graduates and implement the "three-year follow-up training plan for graduates" to establish a strong talent foundation for promoting the transformation and development of JHA.
