Recently, the first intermediate training course on project management organized by the Ministry of Human Resources was successfully completed.

The participants of this course are mainly managers who have obtained the certificate for registration as a first-class constructor and to work as the project managers. The aim is to comprehensively improve the theoretical level, practical skills,management skills and style of the participants, in order to quickly qualify them for their new positions.

This training lasted almost 6 months, and included various  teaching methods such as online teaching, self-study, field study, group discussion, experience sharing and etc. The content covers business strategy, business knowledge, team management, role reversal and other teaching objectives for in-depth training, communication and discussion, which lasted very well and enriched the project management talent.

JHA attaches great importance to this training, General Manager Zhang Yin personally attended the salon activities and emphasized the need for this training course in current situation. By clarifying the selection criteria for project managers and sharing the experience of the "perseverance, enlightenment," Many leaders, experts and outstanding project managers shared experience project professional on management，technology, operation control and project implementation points.

This training has significantly improved the participants’ technical skills in integrated management. This also, benefits the JHA’s talent structure, and a solid foundation has been laid for future completion of engineering and construction tasks in a higher quality and more efficient manner. In the future, JHA will continue to explore new ideas and methods to develop project management talent, make every effort to build a high-quality project management team, and strongly support the promotion of high-quality development.
