On January 14, 2023, JHA's 2022 annual conference was successfully held via online platform,combined with offline version in the meeting room. Chairman Li Xuejun, CEO Zhang Yin and other executive attended the meeting, and a total of 23 branch from sub-branches, project departments, and headquarters department participated online.

On the conference, CEO Zhangyin made a work report entitled "Firm confidence, full of energy, overcome difficulties, and efforts to create a new future for the development of JHA", summarized the main performance and existing problems in the 2022, and brings up requirements for 2023's work from five aspects.

An Lilin,the vice-CEO of JHA commended 5 project departments and 42 outstanding staff through reading out the "JHA Outstanding Project Department and Outstanding Employee Commendation Notice for 2022".

Last but not least, Chairman Li Xuejun deeply analyzed the current situation and outstanding problems, which affected the company's development from five aspects, and pointed out the direction of future work, from boosting market confidence, strengthening responsibility awareness, focusing on learning and upgrading, ensuring project quality and safety, etc. He stressed JHA will keep clear requirements,and every staff need to follow JHA vision statement that of "honesty, dedication, innovation, and daring to be the first", fully get ready for the coming opportunities and challenges.

In 2023, we will still adhere to the fine tradition of unity and hard working, maintain the quality and technological advantages that JHA relies on for survival, and create and enhance the comparative and competitive advantages in the industry to meet difficulties. All staff will work together to create a more magnificent tomorrow for JHA.
