From July 19th to 21st, with enthusiastic applause, the “Ignite Youth, Create the Future” 2023 graduate orientation period of JHA was successfully held at the JHA’s headquarters. 18 fresh graduates from seven universities, including the Civil Aviation University of China, participated in this orientation.

The training aimed to help fresh graduates understand the company better, integrate into the team more effectively, and quickly transition from students to professionals. During the three-day training, the company’s key leaders, department heads, and business experts delivered lectures to all the graduates, covering topics such as corporate culture, corporate management systems, civil aviation engineering knowledge, quality and safety management, official document writing, professional development, time management, and business etiquette. The diverse curriculum and innovative learning methods ensured the effectiveness of the training and provided significant support for the graduates to adapt quickly and integrate into the company team.

JHA leadership attended the closing ceremony. At the ceremony, leaders recognized outstanding interns and exemplary mentors. They also announced a three-year training plan for the graduates, further defining the learning tasks, methods, and evaluation criteria for different stages within three years, laying a solid foundation for the systematic development of the graduates.
