To comprehensively understand recent graduates' learning and work performance and assess their overall competency, JHA organized a performance assessment for 43 employees who graduated in 2021 and 2022. This review took place from June 29 to 30. The Assistant General Manager, Yu Jingtian, the Human Resources Manager, Yu Hong, and managers from various functional departments participated in the evaluation.

This assessment was conducted using a combination of online and offline methods, following a comprehensive assessment based on three dimensions: company evaluation, self-assessment, and performance evaluation. The focus was examining the graduates' actual work achievements and overall competencies since joining JHA. The participating employees summarized and reviewed their work and learning experiences, showcased their work results, shared their insights and reflections, conducted self-analysis, identified their shortcomings, and clarified their future directions for improvement.

The team carefully listened to the employees' reports, provided feedback on each employee's learning and work performance, and addressed their characteristics. They answered employees' questions and concerns and offered guidance on the next steps for their future improvement. Mr. Yu emphasized that JHA is currently in a crucial period of transformation and development, presenting both opportunities and challenges for young employees. He encouraged everyone to foster a mindset of lifelong learning, strive to master their business skills, actively engage in practical work to accumulate experience, proactively enhance their professional capabilities, and adapt to job requirements, thereby injecting strong momentum into the company's growth.

After training and development following their induction, the graduates have shed their youthful naivety, quickly adapted to their new roles, and diligently fulfilled their responsibilities in the workplace, contributing their intelligence and efforts while effectively leveraging their skills and strengths. Some have volunteered to work on the front lines, living and working alongside the workers, cultivating the valuable quality of enduring hardships. Others have gone abroad, braving the most challenging environments and demonstrating the courage and resilience of the new generation of Jinghang An employees through their actions.

This assessment examined the learning and work achievements of all the graduates, and imparted methods to enhance their work capabilities, which has laid a solid foundation for the graduates' comprehensive development through effectively promoting the construction of the company's young core talent team.
