According to the "Notice on the Comprehensive Promotion of the Work of Professional Qualification Level Certificates" (Zhijianfa [2020] No. 3) and the relevant requirements of the Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, JHA’s annual work on vocational skill level certificates work was successfully completed in 2022, and this accreditation work has give a new path for the construction of JHA personnel in application and innovation.

As the first construction enterprise in the field of professional civil aviation engineering in Beijing to be allowed to carry out the certification of the qualification level itself, JHA attaches great importance to it and has made detailed and sufficient preparations. A complete question bank for the examination has been prepared, a group of experts has been appointed for evaluation, and 4 professions (types of work) have been selected in conjunction with the actual situation of the enterprise, including electrician, concrete worker, steel beam worker and lighting worker. According to the principle of "qualitative + quantitative", daily work, theory, practical operation, etc. are included in the whole process of evaluation work, which ensures the quality and effect of evaluation work. A total of 105 people from 22 units participated in the assessment, and 48 people passed the assessment. After the inspection by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, all 48 people who passed the assessment received the technician certificates issued by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security with a pass rate of 100%.

In the next, based on the principles of standardization, specialization and normalization, JHA will accelerate the construction of the qualification level certification system and improve the level of qualification level certification.
