Recently, JHA talents development & the project management training course salon activity for the first time was successfully settled. Based on JHA's further development needs, this activity integrates external advanced management experience and JHA internal practical theory, providing a new platform for the staff to improve their capabilities and growth in their position.

Based on the project manager competency model, the training course started with a learning map for project managers, which divided into 3 stages, amounted to 120 hours in total. This 11 modules covers the horizon broaden aspect and competence ability improvements.

Directors from the engineering department, chief engineering office, finance department, and market contract department of JHA delivered professional lectures. During the discussion session, staff in each group exchanged ideas and shared their learning experience from the aspects of "project formation considerations" and "project cost control", the directors also conducted management experience on relevant professional issues share.

After 2- stage trainee, staff who took this activity completed the learning tasks of relevant modules. The sound curriculum system, rich knowledge content, professional experience sharing, and lively exchanges and discussions give staff a platform to boost themselves.
In recent years, under the condition that the internal talents trainee system needs to be improved to boost the development of JHA, the company has continuously explored the talent team selection, focused on the various trainee, targeting on different groups of talents, and held various talent training courses such as graduate trainee programme, project management trainee, and general ability trainee. Through this method, the comprehensive ability and talent quality have been rapidly improved, providing an inexhaustible "source of power" for the high-quality development of JHA.
