In 2017, though the tireless efforts by the leadership and staff, JHA obtained the second-level qualification for airfield civil work engineering, which means JHA expanded the company's business scope to the field of airfield civil work engineering. In the past five years, while continuing to consolidate its status and expand the business scope in the traditional fields such as air ground lighting, air traffic control, and extra low voltage, JHA constantly strengthen the personnel training, especially the professionals in this field. To accumulate the related experience, JHA actively participated in the  airfield civil work engineering.Eventually, on September 28, 2022, JHA officially was awarded the qualification certificate for airfield civil work engineering with first class level, which symbolized JHA’s work scope has been improved, from the single field to the all that related in the airport construction, building a solid foundation for its further development, enhancing its potential, and its comprehensive competitiveness.

In the future, JHA will continue to adhere to its vision statement that "to an credible enterprise and create an excellent projects", concentrating on the construction of airport engineering, as well as giving full play to the advantages in the airport construction engineering with its foundation on the improvements of construction technology, JHA will insist on the civil work innovation which is deeply connected with the professional and technical research in the field. Through the efforts of the professional and technical capabilities enhancing in the field, at a new starting point,  JHA will contribute to the development of national civil airport engineering.
