Playing to our strengths, to achieve the goal - Beijing Jing Hang An's annual meeting & anniversary celebration was held in Beijing

　　On 11-12th January, the annual meeting and 20th anniversary celebration of Jinghang An was held in Langfang, Hebei.

　　Jiang Xipei, the Founder of the Board of Directors and Secretary of the Party Committee of Far East Holding Group, and Jiang Chengzhi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and the Director of the Group and Chairman of Far East Smarter Energy, led a group of senior executives to attend the celebration.  As the representives of JHA, Xiao Gongchang, Zhang Yin, Xiao Bin, other leaders and staf celebrate the event together with warmly wecome.

　　Founded in January 2000, JHA has grown into a leading company with a reputation in the industry though the strategy named of "triple jumps" over the past 20 years, achieving a great leap from serving China to serving the world, from exporting "Chinese solutions" to exporting "Chinese wisdom". 

　　Xiao Bin made a  speech during the celebration. He suggested that 2019 has already passed, and we have walked very firmly and calmly this year. 2020 has already arrived, and the new year is full of opportunities and challenges, so let us strive to meet the year of celebration of the 20th anniversary of the company.

　 The glory that all staff created together is over, tomorrow is coming. Let's sharpen our initial spirit, and achieve us in the development and construction project.

　　During the meeting, we also conduct a research on the quality management system of civil aviation projects, and do the case study of typical safety accidents , at the same time, the professional skills competition of the "JHA" Cup, and the training of the first-class construction engineer, is fully demonstrated the importance of quality and safety management of Beijing Jinghang An. For JHA staff,  we keep an eye on the the product quality and our brand awareness, which is our base and very crucial for the clients.

　　CEO Zhang Yin stated that 2019 was the year that the 70th anniversary of the founding of China. It is also an important year for the transition of the company and development of Jinghang An after joining Far East. In the past year, facing the increasingly complex market environment and the more difficult construction tasks, and under the guidance of the Group as well as the correct leadership of the Chairman Xiao Gongchang , all the staff of Beijing Jinghang An firmly established the business philosophy of "being an honest enterprise and creating high-quality projects", actively responded to the market changes, researched and explored new ways of enterprise development under the new situation. The company has once again made a historic breakthrough in its development, with a new record high in output value and profit while the overall construction of the company has reached a new level.

　　Lang Hua said that the cooperation between Far East and JHA is in a good relationhsaip,and the two are matching each other's status in the industry. In addition, he also raised three expectations for JHA: firstly, JHA should be the front-runner in Far East's overseas expansion and be ready to cooperate with top international engineering contractors; secondly, JHA should be a pioneer in combining with the capital market and get the staff equity incentive right; thirdly, JHA should continue to work hard and be brilliant for another 20 years and more.

　　Jiang Chengzhi said that this is the third year in a row that I have come to attend the annual meeting of JHA. Although JHA and Far East formally established their cooperation in 2017, the origin actually goes beyond that and the two sides are extremely destined to each other. Today, the working meeting and the 20th anniversary celebration here is a very important milestone in the development process of the company. As such, and at the request of Chairman Jiang, Far East has for the first time held a group-level meeting in a subsidiary field, with the directors and supervisors of the listed company, the general managers of the subsidiary, and the line management executives all present, reflecting the importance the group attaches to JHA as a pillar member of the aviation segment and a leading player in the airport sector.

　　He said that it is not easy for a company to go through 20 years, and it is even more difficult for Jinghang An to stand out from many other companies in 20 years, which cannot be achieved without the efforts of all Jinghang An people and thanks to the support of their families behind Jinghang An. Many of our projects are carried out in remote and insecure countries and regions, with long project times and difficult environments. We can say that without the support of our families, we would not be where we are today.

　　In terms of industry reputation and projects, Jingangan's achievements are also evident to all. Beijing Daxing Airport, one of the world's leading airports, is a major supplier of power systems to Far Eastern Cable. Far Eastern's commitment to benchmarking and key projects, as well as JHA's, has earned a very good reputation in both the domestic and overseas markets, and has provided a solid foundation for future development.

　　Mr. Jiang Chengzhi pointed out that the 20th anniversary celebration is a new starting point for Jinghang An, and also a new role to play. In this regard, he made the following five suggestions for the future development of Jinghang An.

　　First, we will continue to carry forward the military style and establish the values of Mission Accomplished, Honesty, Dedication, Innovation and Dare to Be First. A good business relies on the leadership and support of values. Therefore, values must be the basis of JHA's development and fundamental to the recognition of Far East's long-term development.

　　Secondly, we will play the role of a leader in the airport field and enhance our global competitiveness. The results and reputation achieved by Jinghang An's overseas projects are the fruit of the founder's foresight and the way forward for King AirAsia's future development. The goal of Chinese companies is to grow into globally competitive enterprises, and Far East will continue to contribute more on the basis of the s that Jinghang An has walked on.

　　Thirdly, we will do a good job in providing integrated airport services. Nowadays, customer needs are becoming more and more integrated and comprehensive, whether in airports or in the construction or manufacturing sectors. Far East was first a product-based company, but nowadays selling products alone no longer solves customers' problems; what customers need is a package of solutions. By providing services to customers through professional engineering and construction in the airport sector, Jing Hang An is a representative of Far East's transformation to an integrated product system. At the same time, it should also give full play to its threshold advantage and use integrated services to drive up its comprehensive service capability.

　　Fourth, we will continue to expand in the airport-specific field. The airport industry is very broad and is a comprehensive body. We hope that JHA can make a differentiation in the airport field, integrate the concept of intelligent and green era, and make features in the airport field in collaboration with the business of the Far Eastern system (such as electrical products represented by cables, clean energy products and services), with the goal of being able to provide integrated solutions in the airport field. 

　　Fifth, link to the capital market. In order for private enterprises to win in this round of competition, it is crucial to form a close link with the capital market through listing, which is also a criterion for clients to select service providers. At the beginning of the project, Jinghang An had a clear goal of becoming a listed company under the planning of the founder, which is also the basis of the cooperation between Jinghang An and Far East.

　　Finally, Jiang Chengzhi said he was very pleased to come to this celebration and applauded the continuous hard work, innovation and pioneering spirit of Jing Hangan people over the past 20 years; he also wished Jinghang An to grow into a globally competitive and comprehensive large private enterprise in the next 20 years. As we move forward towards our goal, we believe that we can all reap the benefits of our career and happiness in Beijing Jinghang An and the Far Eastern platform. We also wish all the people who work in JHA good health, good work and happiness in 2020 and in the future!

　　Xiao Gongchang said that, looking back on the 20 years of experience of Jingangan, it is simply divided into three stages: the start-up stage from 2000-2003, the development stage from 2004-2014, and the rapid development and transformation and upgrading stage from 2015 to the end of 2019, in which the turnover of the company reached the standard of large and medium-sized enterprises and joined Far Eastern Intelligent Energy in 2017, completing the strategic upgrading from an ordinary company to a listed company. Over the years, Beijing Hangan has followed the national "One Belt, One Road" development strategy and insisted on "going global", going further and further on the road to internationalisation. Looking forward to the future development of King Hangan, we will continue to adhere to the business philosophy of "being an honest enterprise and creating high-quality projects", establish morality, words and deeds, and continue to create new chapters and brilliance in inheriting the fine genes of King Hangan and carrying forward its excellent culture.

　　Chen Jing said it was a great honour to be personally involved in the 20th anniversary celebrations and to join in the celebration of JHA's birthday. Far East has maintained a close working relationship with JHA since a long time ago and has become a strategic partner to support each other. In the future, Far East and JHA will work together to build up the aviation industry segment of the listed company and work together for the industrial transformation and upgrading of the listed company.
